This includes managing communication between all parties, arranging final medical approval for the surrogate, coordinating travel, providing match specifics such as surrogate compensation and fee details to participating attorneys, and arranging a qualified escrow agent to manage the intended parent’s funds and disburse them to the surrogate according to the provisions of the Gestational Surrogacy Agreement.

- Agency Fee: $26,500
- Surrogate Base Compensation: $45,000-$55,000
- Escrow Account Fee: $1,850
- Short Term Disability: $1,000-$1,200+
- Legal Counsel: $8,000+
- Direct Agreement Representation (Surrogate): $1,500
- Direct Agreement Representation (Intended Parents): $3,000

- Parentage: Costs depend on the state where the birth takes place.
